Option 1: mCareMate 4G Pendant with Self-Monitoring (SOS calls answered by family or friends) includes:

• SOS calls from the mCareMate are answered by family and/or friends pre-set on the device
• SIM card* with ability to make and receive outgoing voice calls (SOS) and data, which is required for the connection of the pendant to the web dashboard and mobile APP. The data will also allow the family to track the location of the device.
• Family access to the ConnectiveCare® web dashboard, which will allow you to connect to the device (maps), update features, settings and more
• Family access to the carer’s mobile APP (iOS and Android)
• Ongoing support from our Customer Care team based in Australia

NOTE: After the initial 12 months, you can renew the Annual Service Plan for a further 12 months for $249. Our team will be in contact with you 4 weeks prior to the initial service plan expiring to check whether you would like to renew the service plan.

Option 2: mCareMate 4G Pendant with 24/7 Monitoring Service includes:

• SOS calls from the mCareMate automatically call our 24/7 Monitoring Bureau, who answer the SOS call and provide emergency assistance to the wearer
• SIM card* with ability to make and receive outgoing voice calls (SOS) and data, which is required for the connection of the pendant to the web dashboard and mobile APP. The data will also allow the family to track the location of the device.
• Family access to the ConnectiveCare® web dashboard, which will allow you to connect to the device (maps), update features, settings and more
• Family access to the carer’s mobile APP (iOS and Android)
• Ongoing support from our Customer Care team based in Australia

SIM Plan includes: 20 minutes of standard outgoing national voice calls (Australia) and 5MB of data per month. Additional charges apply if you exceed these minimum thresholds per month. If you exceed the twenty (20) minutes of outgoing national voice calls or 5MB of data per month you will be charged $20.00 (incl. GST) for an additional 20 minutes of outgoing voice calls and 5MB of data that must be used in that same month.

With a powerful fall detection capability, an easy to activate SOS button and a 4G-SIM enabled connectivity, the mCareMate Pendant is an ideal companion for people who prefer an easy-to-use personal alarm. It is available with our trusted and secure ConnectiveCare® software platform coupled with support and emergency assistance.

The mCareMate pendant comes preconfigured and set up for your convenience, which means it’s ready to be used straight out of the box. Unlike other pendants that require technical configuration when you receive the product, we take care of the inconvenient and often complex set up process.

The mCareMate pendant operates on the 4G Telstra network and enables mobile communication for parties whose contact details are registered and whitelisted through our software application.

Every mCareMate pendant also includes an Australian certified and approved magnetic lanyard and key ring. As an optional extra you can purchase a belt clip and wear the mCareMate on your belt.
