Our services started with the support of the elderly through our technology solutions, specifically the mCareWatch.
Over the years, our services extended to individuals with disability, those concerned about their personal safety and any organisation interested in using our services and products.
We are a registered NDIS provider and work with agencies and OTs to understand the needs of their clients.
We can answer any questions about our services and our Australian based customer service team is only a phone call away via 1300 188 557.

ELDERLY
We understand how important it is for your loved ones to maintain their independence and for you to have a peace of mind knowing they are ok. Ageing comes with a number of challenges, which is why we’ve developed our products helping with remote care giving.
DISABILITY
As a registered NDIS provider, we’ve helped thousands of people with disability enhance their quality of life by using our mCareWatch personal mobile and alarm. We support Occupational Therapists, Agencies and Individuals with their care plans.
PERSONAL SAFETY
Personal safety isn’t guaranteed for everyone. Whether it’s the nature of your job that puts you in danger or your personal family environment poses a risk to your safety, our discrete solutions could support you. Your safety and privacy is important to us.
ORGANISATIONS

I have been wearing the mCareWatch for close to two years and I’ve been very happy with it. I have only had to use the watch on one occasion when I had an emergency and it didn’t let me down. I managed to press the SOS button which called for help and my carer was able to organise the ambulance on my behalf. It’s a fantastic product which provides me with security and I’ve been telling everyone about it.
The mCareWatch was referred to us by a sergeant at the NSW Police Force who had spent a lot of time working in crime prevention and with ‘at risk’ individuals.
