The mCareWatch will be set up by the team at mCare Digital. In order to enable this set up, we need some additional information from you:
- An online order form will be emailed to you
- Complete the online order form
- The team at mCare Digital will setup & activate your mCareWatch
- mCare Digital will send your mCareWatch via Australia Post
- Your mCareWatch arrives ready to use with pre-installed sim activated
- Wearer profile created, and all pre-set contacts (SOS and Speed dial) setup
- User guides included in your package

Service Plans include:
- SIM card with ability to make and receive outgoing voice calls (SOS) and data, which is required for the connection of the watch to the web dashboard and mobile APP. The data will also allow the family to track the location of the device.
- Family access to the ConnectiveCare® web dashboard, which will allow you to connect to the device (maps), update features, settings, set reminders and more
- Family access to the carer’s mobile APP (iOS and Android)
- Ongoing support from our Customer Care team based in Australia
