Delivery details

We want every part of your order with us to be as easy, efficient and enjoyable as possible, so we have made our delivery process simple.

Where can I have my package delivered?

All purchases are delivered within Australia with Express Post and a signature on delivery fee. If no one is home at the time of delivery, a card will be left in your post box and your parcel will need to be collected from your nearest Australia Post office.

When will my device be delivered?

We will do our best to dispatch your device within 7-8 working days. That means if you live on the Australian Eastern seaboard (NSW, QLD, VIC and TAS) you should receive your order within 7 to 8 working days and for deliveries to SA, WA and NT you should receive your order within 7 to 10 working days.

International orders will be received within 10-15 working days.

How will it be delivered?

We use Australia Post to deliver every order within Australia.
