We are an Australian owned business

We are an Australian-owned and operated business offering end-to-end connected healthcare solutions. What this means is that we are not only part of the product development process but also have an in-house software development team thus owning proprietary rights to the solution itself, unlike most other mPERS and PERS providers in Australia.
As such, we have customised the protocols and commands for our solutions that cater for very specific use cases depending on the nature of care required. We sell directly to consumers as well as to enterprise clients in aged care, disability and personal safety.

Peter oversees the businesses’ day to day operations, including tech development, partnerships and distribution.

Co-Founder and Director

Paul looks after Marketing, Communications and Sales and is our resident ‘funny man’ keeping the team spirits high.

Technical Services Manager

James is the technical guru behind mCare Digital and responsible for the development, testing and QA.

Jarka works in an advisory capacity and supports the founders with customer strategy and innovation.

Ivan is responsible for the technical set up of our IoT devices and associated client information on the Connective Care platform.

What makes us different?

Being in business for us is personal. As a matter of fact, the whole reason we started mCare Digital is because of our father, Michael who wanted to maintain his independence as he was recovering from a stroke. He was living in his home alone and we were increasingly worried about his safety and wellbeing.┬áThe personal alarms available at the time were falling short of our expecations when it came to quality and reliability so we had to take action. That’s how the mCare Watch came about back in 2012.

Since then we’ve supported thousands of individuals who rely on our technology for their day to day activities, independence and safety. We are also working closely with aged care providers, occupational therapists, disability agencies and family violence service providers who are able to assist their clients by using our technology.

Further to that, we are a tight knit team driven by a common purpose of wanting to leave a legacy and help those most vulnerable in our society. Our employees are regular volunteers and we often get involved in sponsoring community events. We embrace our team’s cultural diversity and advocate for remote and flexible working conditions.
